The Minister of works and housing, Babatunde Fashola has showered encomium on electoral Umpire, the independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for the introduction of the Bimodal Verification Accreditation System, BVAS, saying it has upgraded the voting process.
Fashola added that bringing the Machine as an update of what we used to have before.
He also spoke about the turn out that people which he said was impressive.
He added that Nigerians are beginning to exercise their franchise and that the voting process has been very peaceful.
